  • 4 lb. ground chuck
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. bread stuffing crumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley
  • minced garlic
  • oregano
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Beat eggs with 2 tablespoons water.

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

    (Meat should be moist.

    If too dry, add a little more milk or water.)

    Form meat balls to desired size. Place on cookie pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
