Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1/2 cup milk or cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Mix ground beef, grated onion, eggs, milk, half of brown sugar, half of catsup, salt and pepper to taste.

    Roll into walnut size balls.

    Can bake in oven for 15 minutes on cookie sheet, drain fat off.

    Mix in boiler or slow cooker butter, garlic powder, rest of brown sugar and catsup, and vinegar.

    Start cooking on medium heat.

    Put meat balls in and simmer until done.
