- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 egg
- dash of salt and pepper
- enough milk to make the mixture soft
- 3 Tbsp. rice
- 1 can water
- 1 small onion, chopped
- flour
Directions

1Mix hamburger, eggs, rice, onion, salt, pepper and milk.

2Make into balls.

3Makes about 25 balls.

4Roll in flour, brown in skillet and pour off grease.

5Pour the cream of mushroom soup and water over the meat balls and simmer for 1 hour.
