  • 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c. stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. tomato juice
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.

    By hand, shape into balls about 2 inches in diameter.

    Bake in a large pan for 1 hour at 350°.

    Bake last 15 minutes with sauce poured over balls, covering each one well.
