  • 1/4 lb. sausage
  • 1/2 c. day old bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. onions
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. mushroom soup
  • 1 c. chicken soup
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Form the first 7 ingredients into balls.

    Put in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients.

    Heat until steaming hot.

    Pour over meat balls and top with biscuits.

    Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are done.
