- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. cornflake crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce
- 5 oz. Welch's grape jelly (must be Welch's)
- juice of 1 lemon
Directions

1Mix ground beef, cornflakes and eggs.

2In saucepan, mix jelly, barbecue sauce and lemon juice.

3Heat until it boils.

4Remove from heat.

5Form beef mixture into balls and put in crock-pot.

6Add cooked sauce mixture.

7Cook on high until done.
