Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground pork (not sausage; optional)
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
  • 2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix ingredients together.

    Form into balls. Roll balls in flour. Brown in a skillet with a small amount of Crisco.

    Place browned meat balls in a dish and cover with mushroom soup.

    Bake in oven for 1 hour at 350°.
