- 1 medium onion, diced fine
- 1 egg
- 2 slices white bread, shredded in fine pieces
- 3 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

2Roll into balls about the size of a quarter.

3Fry over medium heat until brown and done throughout.

4Can be eaten as they are or can be put in saucepan, covered with barbecue sauce and allowed to simmer for 1 hour on low heat; stir occasionally.
