- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Combine meat with bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onion and egg. Form into small balls.

2Heat cookie sheet.

3Add oil and brown meat balls on all sides.

4Add water; close cover securely.

5Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 5 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly.

6Let pressure drop on its own accord.
