  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • barbecue sauce

Directions

    Mix first 8 ingredients together and shape into small balls. Place in a 3-inch baking dish.

    Cover with barbecue sauce and bake about 1 hour at 375° until sauce is thick.
