  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 2 bouillon cubes
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Mix ground beef, eggs, evaporated milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper together well.

    Form balls.

    Brown meat balls in small amount of oil.

    Mix together hot water, bouillon cubes, mushroom soup and chicken soup and pour over browned meat balls. Bake in 300° oven for 2 1/2 hours.
