- 4 bananas
- 8 ounces rolled oats
- 8 ounces wholemeal flour
- 8 ounces sugar
- 8 ounces butter
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Mix oats, sugar, flour, butter and soda.

3Blend in eggs and mix to a stiff dough.

4Place half in a 9x9 silpat pan (or greased).

5Slice bananas on top of this.

6Place the other half of the mix on top.

7Bake to golden brown.
