  • 4 bananas
  • 8 ounces rolled oats
  • 8 ounces wholemeal flour
  • 8 ounces sugar
  • 8 ounces butter
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Mix oats, sugar, flour, butter and soda.

    Blend in eggs and mix to a stiff dough.

    Place half in a 9x9 silpat pan (or greased).

    Slice bananas on top of this.

    Place the other half of the mix on top.

    Bake to golden brown.
