  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. ketchup
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. pineapple chunks

    Combine milk, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce and soup mix. Blend well.

    Let stand 5 minutes.

    Add beef and mix well.

    Mixture will be moist.

    Shape into balls, using 1 tablespoon for each. Place on a rack.

    Broil 5 to 6 minutes; do not turn.
