- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. soft crumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except the soup and form into balls like the size of golf balls but don't pack them too tight.

2Roll in flour and brown well in a skillet.

3Arrange meat balls in a casserole and pour over the soup diluted with 1 cup of water.

4Dash of sherry if you are so inclined.

5Cover and bake at 250° for 1 hour.
