- 6 hard long rolls
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. cream of tomato soup
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
Directions

1Cut slice from top of rolls.

2Hollow out center of each roll; reserve crumbs for meat mixture.

3Season softened butter with garlic salt and spread on rolls.

4Saute onion and green peppers in 1 tablespoon butter.

5Soften bread crumbs in soup and egg.

6Mix all together and fill rolls.

7Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. These can be frozen and cooked later.
