Meat Cabbage Roll Recipe

- 1 med. size cabbage
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 lg. onion
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Wilt cabbage in boiling water.

2Pull leaves apart.

3Mix all the ingredients together, and roll a handful in each leaf.

4Pack in Dutch oven on a rack.

5Cover with boiling water.

6Cook 2 hrs on a low fire, or possibly, precook the rice, roll as usual, pack in pressure cooker (4 qt), add in 1/2 c. warm water.

7Cook 10 min.
