  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium potato, grated
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 large can cream mushroom soup

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°. Mix all the ingredients together. Form into small balls. Use an 11-inch Corning Ware pan. Pour soup over meat balls (mix 1/2 can water with soup first). Bake for 30 minutes. Top with cheese.
