- 2 lb. sliced squash
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing
Directions

1Cook squash, carrots and onion in water until tender; drain. Add sour cream and chicken soup; mix.

2Melt butter; mix with stuffing.

3Put 1/2 in baking dish; add squash mixture, then put the rest of stuffing on top.

4Bake 1 hour at 350° or 1/2 hour in microwave.
