Squash Casserole

  • 2 lb. sliced squash
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing

Directions

    Cook squash, carrots and onion in water until tender; drain. Add sour cream and chicken soup; mix.

    Melt butter; mix with stuffing.

    Put 1/2 in baking dish; add squash mixture, then put the rest of stuffing on top.

    Bake 1 hour at 350° or 1/2 hour in microwave.
