- 1 packet wafers Chinese small dim sum
- 1 carrot
- 1 leek
- 1 chive
- 1 slice ginger
- 1 1/8 pounds ground pork
- shrimp
- 1 ground black pepper egg soy sauce salt
Directions

1Peel carrot.

2Finely dice carrot leek, and chive in food processor.

3Add pork (or shrimp or both) and egg to vegetable mixture and mix well.

4Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste.

5Stuff wrappers with vegetable and pork mixture, moisten the edges and seal.

6Line the bottom of steamer with a sheet of parchment paper.

7Arrange dim sum in steamer and steam for 8 minutes.

8For the dipping sauce, grate a piece of ginger, place in a bowl and add a splash of soy sauce.

9If desired, add a few chile peppers.
