- 2 lb. ground pork
- 2 c. chopped carrots
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. raisins (optional)
- oil for deep frying
- catsup
- eggroll wrappers (available in Asian markets)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except oil and catsup.

2Put small amount of filling inside each eggroll wrapper.

3Roll up filled wrapper, but before you get to the end, brush wrapper end with beaten egg so that wrapper will stick together.

4Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with catsup for dipping.

5Makes approximately 30 rolls.
