Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 3 Tbsp. celery, cut fine
  • 1/2 bell pepper, cut fine
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Bull's-Eye sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Saute onion, celery and bell pepper.

    Season beef with salt and pepper.

    Add sauteed onion, celery and bell pepper.

    Beat eggs with a fork, briskly, and put in meat mixture.

    Add the Bull's-Eye barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs and milk.

    Make 2 pones of meat loaf; dredge in flour.

    Place in greased loaf pan and bake 40 minutes in a 350° oven.
