Ingredients: 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground round; 1/2 to 3/4 c. catsup; 1 egg; 1 chopped onion; 1/2 bell pepper; 6 or 8 saltine crackers, crumbled; salt and pepper to taste; 1 Tbsp. mustard; dash of Tony Chachere original seasoning; 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire

Mix all ingredients into meat with your hand. Spread into casserole dish. Top with

additional ketchup. Bake at 350° until done, approximately 1 hour.
