Tuna Casserole

  • 1 pkg. chicken noodles
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • small jar pimento
  • 5 to 6 green onions, chopped
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • Pepperidge Farm herb flavored stuffing
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Cook the noodles according to directions on package. Melt butter in saucepan and stir in flour.

    Add milk, gradually, and cook over low heat until smooth.

    Add mushroom soup, tuna, corn, pimentos, onions, 1/3 cup stuffing and spices.

    Add 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce.

    Stir until heated.

    Make two layers of noodles, tuna mixture and cheese in casserole dish. Top with another 1/3 cup of stuffing. Bake in 350° oven until bubbly.
