- 1 can apricot pie filling
- 1 one-layer white cake mix
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 stick oleo, melted
Directions

1Heat pie filling until bubbly.

2Grease and flour 9 x 9-inch cake pan.

3Put apricots on bottom of cake pan.

4Mix cake mix according to directions.

5Pour cake mix over apricots.

6Sprinkle pecans, coconut and brown sugar over cake mix.

8Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
