  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope Lipton Beef flavor mushroom mix
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. water

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Combine meat, beef flavor mix, onions, eggs, catsup, bread crumbs and water.

    Put into loaf pan.

    Before baking, cover top with thin layer prepared mustard and top with croutons, then proceed with baking.

    Bake about 60 minutes.
