- 2 pkg. Hi-Energy Cream of Chicken Soup Supplements
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash extra spicy
- 4 tsp. canola oil
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
Directions

1Mix ingredients and bake in a Pyrex bowl that has been sprayed with Pam.

2Bake for 30 minutes on 350°.
