  • 1 pkg. very lean ground turkey
  • 2 pkg. Hi-Energy Cream of Chicken Soup Supplements
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash extra spicy
  • 4 tsp. canola oil
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies

Directions

    Mix ingredients and bake in a Pyrex bowl that has been sprayed with Pam.

    Bake for 30 minutes on 350°.

    Makes 4 servings.

    Count as 3 ounces protein or meat, 1 vegetable and 1 oil.
