- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 slice bread, diced
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. Romano cheese
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1 lb. manicotti, parboiled
Directions

1Brown meat, onion and garlic.

2Spoon off excess fat.

3Stir in salt, oregano, bread, parsley and 1/4 cup sauce and grated cheese. Cool slightly.

4Mix in Mozzarella cheese and eggs.

5Fill parboiled manicotti.

6Spread some sauce on bottom of baking dish and arrange parboiled manicotti over all.

7Pour the rest of spaghetti sauce on top.

8Cover with foil.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

10Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
