  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded cheese of choice
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 prepared pie crust (top and bottom)

Directions

    Brown meat; drain.

    Add onion, garlic and carrot; cook slightly.

    Add soup, cheese and oregano.

    Mix together and pour into a 9-inch pie plate with crust.

    Cover with crust; make slit for steam.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until crust is browned.
