- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. shredded cheese of choice
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 prepared pie crust (top and bottom)
Directions

1Brown meat; drain.

2Add onion, garlic and carrot; cook slightly.

3Add soup, cheese and oregano.

4Mix together and pour into a 9-inch pie plate with crust.

5Cover with crust; make slit for steam.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until crust is browned.
