  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 to 3 cans buttermilk biscuits

Directions

    Brown ground meat.

    Add chopped onion and Velveeta cheese. Stir.

    Let cool.

    Put 1 tablespoon of meat onto each biscuit.

    Fold biscuit over and seal with fork.
