- 500 grams beef or veal (about 1 1/3 lb.)
- 50 grams salt pork or bacon (about 1.76 oz.)
- 3 eggs
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Rinse a long slice of meat and pat dry.

2Pound it lightly with a mallet; salt and pepper it.

3Put on it slices of salt pork or bacon and hard-boiled eggs cut into quarters.

4Roll meat up and dredge in flour.

5Fry, add some beef stock and bake in oven until done at 350°.

6Just before the meat is done, add minced garlic. Serve with potatoes and vegetables.
