- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, grated
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- garlic salt
- salt and pepper
- 2 cans refrigerator biscuits
Directions

1Soften cream cheese to room temperature.

2Mix meat, onion and cream cheese together.

3Season with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Flatten biscuits and place small amount of meat mixture on each biscuit.

4Crimp edges.

5Bake on greased cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes at 300° until brown.
