  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 small head lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
