  • 300 grams Mixed ground beef and pork
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 can Canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp or 1 tablespoon Salt of Shio-koji
  • 1 Pepper

    Fry the meat until cooked through.

    Add the minced onion and carrot, and continue stir-frying.

    When the oil has soaked in, add the canned tomatoes and 300 ml of water, then simmer for about 10 minutes.
