- 1 lb. ground beef chuck
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/3 c. tomato paste or catsup
- 1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and sliced
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Mix in bowl with fork the ground meat, crumbs, milk and garlic salt.

2Press in 9-inch pie pan, bottom and edges.

3Spread tomato paste or catsup over meat.

4Add mushrooms on top.

5Top with shredded cheese; sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.

6Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
