  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup kimchi, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cilantro

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450

    Place salmon on baking dish. Season with salt and pepper

    Combine mayo,kimchi, chili paste, soya sauce and olive oil

    Brush marinade over salmon. Marinate for 30 mins

    Bake 10 mins. Garnish with cilantro
