  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 10 oz. jar currant jelly or apple jelly
  • 14 oz. bottle ketchup
  • 1/2 c. blackberry wine

Directions

    Mix ground beef, soup mix, cracker crumbs, eggs and milk together well.

    Make into small meatballs.

    Brown in skillet or bake in 400° oven for 5 minutes; set aside.

    Melt jelly, ketchup and blackberry wine together and pour over meatballs.

    Put in serving dish.

    Keep warm when serving.
