Ingredients
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs (2 1/2 c.)
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. bulk pack sausage
- 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients; add remaining ingredients and mix well.

2Form into 1-inch balls.

3Place on cookie sheet and freeze firm.

4Wrap in foil or plastic bag and return to freezer.

5Before serving, place frozen meatballs on a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch baking pan.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

7Keep warm in chafing dish.

8Makes 5 dozen.
