Ingredients

  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs (2 1/2 c.)
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. bulk pack sausage
  • 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients; add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Form into 1-inch balls.

    Place on cookie sheet and freeze firm.

    Wrap in foil or plastic bag and return to freezer.

    Before serving, place frozen meatballs on a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch baking pan.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Keep warm in chafing dish.
