- 13 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Parsley
- 18 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 23 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 10 whole Slider Rolls
- 10 slices Mozzarella Cheese
- 16 ounces, weight Marinara Sauce
- 16 leaves Fresh Basil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 F.

2Mix first 9 ingredients together in a large bowl.

3Then add the ground beef and cheese and mix together until incorporated.

4Form into approximately 10 meatballs.

5Place meatballs on a rimmed pan that youve lined with parchment paper, and bake at 400 F for 15 minutes.

6Slice your rolls in half and put the bottom halves on a baking tray.

7Put the mozzarella cheese slices on the bottom half of each of the rolls.

8Place into the oven until cheese is melted.

9Place a meatball on top of each roll, drizzle a few tablespoons of marinara on top, and finish with a fresh basil leaf and the top of the bun.
