- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 3 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 pouch Certo Liquid Pectin
- 1/4 cup each vodka and vermouth
Directions

1Measure cranberry juice into a large saucepan.

2Add sugar and mix well.

3Place saucepan over high heat.

4Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard 1 min, stirring constantly.

5Remove from heat.

6Immediately stir in liquid fruit pectin, vodka and vermouth.

7Pour quickly into warm, sterilized jars filling up to 1/4 inch from rim.

8Seal while hot with sterilized 2-piece lids with new centres.
