- 1 lb. (90%) lean ground beef
- 1 large can whole tomatoes
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 5 carrots, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 medium potatoes, diced
- garlic salt
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Fill large pot 3/4 full of water.

2Form meatballs and put in pot of boiling water.

3When meatballs rise to top, skim fat.

4Put potatoes, celery, carrots and onion in pot.

5Cook until potatoes are done.

6Add tomatoes and spices to taste.

7Cook for 10 minutes and serve.

8Serves 6 to 8.
