- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 egg, beaten slightly
- dash of pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. water
- cooked noodles
Directions

1Mix thoroughly the beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and seasoning.

2Shape into 16 meatballs.

3In skillet, brown meatballs; pour off fat.

4Stir in soup, sour cream and water.

5Cover; cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring now and then.

6Serve with noodles.
