- 2 lb. hamburger
- 2 medium onions
- 1 large green pepper, finely chopped
- 2 c. uncooked Minute rice
- 6 to 8 slices bread, soaked in water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large cans tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix first 6 ingredients and roll into ball, door knob size. Mix tomato sauce and sugar together and pour over meatballs. Cover with foil.

2Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

3Uncover, turn meatballs over and bake 15 minutes more.
