- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. dry oregano
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Soak bread in water 2 to 3 minutes.

2Squeeze out moisture. Combine soaked bread with remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into balls.

3Brown slowly in 2 tablespoons olive oil.

4Add to Italian Red Gravy sauce and cook 1 hour.
