  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup soft, fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Splash of milk
  • Squirt of ketchup
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

    Mix gently and make into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or so. Transfer meatballs to large pot of bubbling sauce. Simmer gently, covered, 45-minutes to 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
