Ingredients
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 clove Grated Garlic
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 F.

2Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

3Mix together using your hands or a fork.

4Form into small balls.

5This recipe yields about 20-25 golf ball sized meatballs.

6Place meatballs on a greased baking pan and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

7After the meatballs come out of the oven, add half of them to a pot of simmering spaghetti sauce and freeze the other half for later.
