Ingredients

  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1 clove Grated Garlic
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

    Mix together using your hands or a fork.

    Form into small balls.

    This recipe yields about 20-25 golf ball sized meatballs.

    Place meatballs on a greased baking pan and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

    After the meatballs come out of the oven, add half of them to a pot of simmering spaghetti sauce and freeze the other half for later.
