- 1 lg. egg
- 3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 6 oz. lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (regular)
- 1/3 cup apricot jam
Directions

1Stir egg, onion, salt and pepper together in bowl.

2Add bread crumbs.

3Stir.

4Add ground beef.

5Mix.

6If too soft, add a touch more crumbs.

7Shape into 1 inch balls.

8Arrange on broiler pan.

9Broil for about 10 minutes each side or bake in a 350 F. oven for 15 minutes.

10Turn into ungreased 8 x 8 inch pan.

11SAUCE: Measure barbecue sauce and jam into small bowl.

12Stir.

13Spoon over meatballs in pan being sure to get some on every one.

14Bake, uncovered, for about 30 minutes.
