- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 3/4 c. quick oats
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- cooked spaghetti
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2In a large bowl, combine egg, milk, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and pepper.

3Add ground beef, oats and cheese, mixing well.

4Shape into 1 3/4-inch balls (about 2 tablespoons of meat mixture each).

5Place in shallow baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning balls over after 10 minutes.

6Drain on absorbent paper.

7Add to heated spaghetti sauce.

8Serve over cooked spaghetti.

9Makes 4 servings.
