- 1 can Van Camp's New Orleans style red kidney beans
- 2 diced onions
- 1/2 qt. tomato juice
- chopped fresh or canned tomatoes, as desired
- 1 hot pepper, chopped
Directions

1Combine ingredients, adding water as needed for chili consistency.
