Ingredients

  • 2 can diced tomatoes, undrained, 14.5 oz each
  • 2 can kidney beans, drained, 15 oz each
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained, 15.25 oz
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 2 stick celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 clove minced garlic
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in crock pot or medium sized stock pot.

    Cook on high for 5-6 hours in crock pot or simmer in covered stock pot for 45 min.

    to an hour, stirring occasionally.

    Serve chilli with sour cream, shredded cheese and tortolla chips.
