  • 1 cup brown rice, cooked
  • 1 egg
  • 14 cup onion, finely chopped (or more)
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed (or more)
  • 14 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 2 cups nuts, finely ground (cashews, walnuts, almonds, peanuts, etc.)
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese or 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • fresh ground pepper

    Combine ingredients and bake in loaf at 350 degrees for about 30 - 40 minutes.
